This started out as a couple of sample pieces meant for a future collaborative project. Inspiration took over and it became a full deck in it's own right. This is a tarot journal in deck form. It was inspired by an antique deck in the British Museum. The deck's original owner had written his notes, annotations and meditations on the cards with a fountain pen. I decided to make my own digital notes on these black and white digital illustrations.
