The first edition of the Universe Cards by Kay Stopforth was published by Thorsons in 1999. Despite it's success, Kay was never fully satisfied with the visual aspect of the deck which, for the most part, featured photographs from the Hubble Space Telescope.

Following the completion of the Quantum Tarot, Kay approached me to illustrate a new version of the Universe Cards. The Hubble Images remain but like in the Quantum Tarot, we've used them as a starting point for a more fantasy based approach. These images represent one of the most enjoyable projects I've ever worked on. Now available in a special hand made edition. A photo of the complete deck can be seen at the bottom of the page.

Inkjet printed on 180gsm photographic paper. Laminated with matt finish, 150 gsm laminating pouches. The cards are cut and cornered by hand and then presented in a comets and stars drawstring bag. Click on the paypal button above to make your purchase.
